Another way of reducing the pressure you’re feeling is to leave plenty of time for your journey to the interview, as the last thing you need is to arrive rushed and in a panic. If your interview is nearby, it may even be a good idea to carry out a trial run of the journey so you can know exactly how long it takes and leave nothing to chance.

High pressure situations can be difficult to deal with, but they can also spur you on to achieve great things. The important thing to remember is to stay calm, take a deep breath, and not let the pressure get the better of you.
