There are so many different automotive manufacturers and models these days that many people simply don’t know which to choose. If you’re buying a brand new edition, it doesn’t matter. However, buying second hand means you should be on the look out for the best possible brands. You’ll want to take a look at how many used cars are sold from each manufacturer to work out which are the most durable and reasonably priced. With that in mind, here’s some information about the top 5…
In the lead by a long stretch, we have American manufacturer Ford. Almost 230,000 used models were sold in the last part of 2013.
With a long reputation for building sturdy cars, it’s no surprise that British manufacturer Vauxhall comes in at second place. Just over 190,000 of their used models passed through the market in Q4 last year.
We all knew it was only a matter of time before the Germans made their mark on this list, and here it is. Around 121,000 used Volkswagen models changed hands during the last three months of 2013.
Maybe it’s because their 308 model is so cheap and economical? Who knows, but used Peugeot sales came near to 104,000 in Q4 last year.
Lastly, Renault models changed hands around 85,000 times during the last 90 days of 2013. Shocking eh?
