There is obviously a wide range of cars for people to choose from, and, for the most part, people tend to buy cars that are within the budget to mid-range end of the market. Of course, this doesn’t stop us from dreaming about buying cars that are completely within our reach such as fast sports cars and 4x4s.
But did you know that it is actually possible for virtually anyone to buy such cars today? The only downside is that they will be used, but considering cars depreciate heavily when they are new to a few years old, you will end up with the better end of the deal!
It also helps that you buy cars from reputable dealers such as Jay New Nelson, as it means you won’t end up with a car that you will have to spend a small fortune repairing due to neglect from the previous owner!
Anyway, check out these five cars that you thought you could only dream of owning, but can now realistically afford to own!

Even though I am a complete petrolhead when it comes to cars and motorsport, I have only ever been out in one Subaru Impreza WRX STi! I have to say that my favourite one is the 2008 saloon model shown above with the 2.5-litre engine. You can now pick one up for £9k with average mileage.
4. Range Rover Sport HSE

If you are a fan of British designed and built cars, the Range Rover Sport HSE is for you! The HSE is one of the higher spec Range Rover Sport models that you can buy and is packed with every conceivable feature that you can think of, yet £10,800 will buy you an immaculate example built just 9 years ago; a far cry from the new price of £50,000!
3. Porsche 911 Cabriolet

One of my all-time favourite cars without a shadow of a doubt has to be the iconic Porsche 911 cabriolet! Sure, a lot of people prefer buying the coupe version but I think the soft-top 911 is a much better buy as it means you get to soak up the summer sun more! The 2005 model will set you back £14,000.
2. BMW M5

Fans of this particular German car manufacturer will no doubt love to get their hands on the BMW M5! This E60-shape model features a 5.0-litre V10 engine, and you can easily buy a 2006 model for £16,000.
1. Aston Martin DB9 Coupe

At £22,000 for a 2005 Aston Martin DB9 coupe, this is perhaps one of the priciest “affordable” luxury dream cars that you could ever buy, however, for the same money you could buy yourself a brand new Ford Mondeo Titanium X. I don’t know about you, but I’d rather buy the DB9!
